What you’ll do as an audit junior
Lead and inspire a team of audit associates and seniors, guiding them toward excellence.
Review and refine the work of your team to ensure top-quality outcomes.
Take charge of special projects, handling unique assignments with creativity and confidence
Collaborate with clients and external partners to resolve challenges and build strong relationships.
Work hand-in-hand with your team and partners, creating a supportive, energetic, and success-driven environment.
What we’re looking for in an audit junior
A degree in Accounting or Finance, or full/partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CPA Australia).
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Solid skills in report writing, tech tools, leadership, and teamwork.
Proactive, resourceful, and innovative, with a sharp eye for detail.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
