NOTICE OF PRACTICE MERGER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all clients, creditors, bankers, suppliers, and other stakeholders of Yap Zuraidah & Associates (“YZA”) and PSYAP & Co. PLT (“PSYAP”) (collectively, the “Constituent Practices”) that the Constituent Practices have agreed to a practice merger / consolidation (the “Merger”) under which the practices will operate as a single combined practice.
Upon the Merger becoming effective, the Constituent Practices will operate under the following practice name:

Effective date: 1 January 2026 (“Effective Date”)
